Quick answers
Do I need a developer for every new form?
No. Your team builds forms in the Filament panel — add sections and fields, set validation, publish. The public renderer and submission inbox are included. No custom frontend required for each intake form.
What does Community Edition include?
Single-page layouts, public Livewire renderer, submission manager, CSV export, form JSON export/import, seed/verify commands, and audit logging for exports and bulk actions.
What is Pro-only?
Wizard, tabs, and pages layouts; XLSX and PDF export; analytics charts; form clone; import from Dynamic Fields; and email notify address hooks for your FormSubmitted listeners.
Does Form Builder work with Dynamic Fields?
Yes. When Dynamic Fields is installed, Form Builder reuses the same field type catalog. Pro can also import existing custom field definitions into a form schema.
Where are forms published?
By default at /forms/{base_path}. You can change the prefix with FORM_BUILDER_ROUTE_PREFIX, or enable root-path interception carefully with FORM_BUILDER_ROOT_PATHS.
How does licensing work?
Community Edition is free and open-source on GitHub. Paid Solo, Pro, and Business unlock premium Form Builder features. After purchase, activate your license key under Forms License in Filament. Site limits: Solo 1, Pro 5, Business unlimited.
